The committee’s efforts have helped maintain quality and practicability of our education and training activities.

The committee includes the following prestigious advisors.

Mr. Zhang Xiaoshu, Director Committeeman

He now holds the capacity of President of Hong Kong China Education Fund. Before that, he served China Insurance International Holdings Company Limited (CIIH) as Vice Chairman of the Board; Wing Hing International (Holdings) Limited as Chairman of the Board; and China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited as Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager. Mr. Zhang joins the committee with a wealth of experience in banking, finance, investment, and administration & management of large corporations.

Mr. So Chak Kwong, Committeeman

He now serves the office of Vice Chairman and Managing Director of PCCW Limited. Before that, he worked with MTR Corporation Limited as President and Hong Kong Logistics Association as Chairman. Mr. So is a senior entrepreneur with international prestige.

Mr. Lee Shiu Hung (Justice of the Peace), Committeeman

With a MD from the University of Hong Kong, Mr. Lee is now a professor employed in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is an honorary academician of the UK Institute of Public Health and an academician of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators. He took up the position of Director-general in Hong Kong Department of Health and was a recipient of the Silver Bauhinia Star. Mr. Lee is a senior government official, medical expert, and a renowned professor in international community.

Mr. Ng Lin Fung, Committeeman

Before assuming his current positions of Chairman and General Manager of International JadePeak Financial Group Limited, Mr. Ng was a director and the Executive Deputy General Manager of Nanyang Commercial Bank. He is a senior banker.

Ms. Lam P.Peggy (Justice of the Peace), Committeewoman

Ms. Lam P.Peggy is Chairperson of Hong Kong Federation of Women and an executive committeewoman of All-China Women’s Federation. At different times, she was elected council member of Hong Kong Legislative Council, committeeperson of Preparatory Committee HKSAR, and Chairperson of Wan Chai District Council. She is a recipient of the Gold Bauhinia Star and the Silver Bauhinia Star and a well-known social activist.

Mr. Lam W.K.Daniel (Justice of the Peace), Committeeman

Mr. Lam is a legislative councilor, member of the Shenzhen Committee of CPPCC, Vice Chairman of Heung Yee Kuk N.T., and Chairman of the Island District Council. At different times, he was elected council member of Hong Kong Legislative Council and offered the Bronze Bauhinia Star. Mr. Lin is a well-known social activist.

Mr. Chen Qijie, Committeeman

Prof. Chen is a doctorial advisor and Director of Graduate School of Shanghai University of Finance & Economics. He is a committeeman of the Steering Committee for University & College Specialty Education of the Ministry of Education, committeeman of the Education Activities Outcome Assessment Committee, and a recipient of special subsidy from the State Council. Mr. Chen is a senior professor and famed education activist.

Mr. Huang Weimao, Committeeman

Mr. Huang is the head of the International Exchanges & Cooperation Division of Shanghai Municipal Personnel Bureau (the bureau for foreign experts affairs), the Returned Overseas Students Employment Division, and Deputy Director of the Steering Group for Employing Foreign Experts. He has rich experience in human resource management.
