Shanghai Excel Professional Training Centre (SEPTC) attaches great weight to trustworthiness and has a wholehearted commitment to providing education services. With a firm belief that today’s arduous work will commend us to wide recognition in future, we strive to broaden learners’ career paths by inspiring them to innovate and developing their potentials.

Profile

With an inception in 2002, SEPTC is a Shanghai-based education agency founded by Hong Kong Financial Services Institute (HKFSI) to provide training in international professional qualification certifications. By drawing upon abundant resources and rich experience of HKFSI in the field of education, we are beefed up in carrying out our creed “Give priority to human-oriented education” and operating a series of popular training courses for top-end overseas certifications. As the certifications claim wide international recognition and meet extensive applicability, they are well-received among learners engaged in relevant industries.
In 2002, SEPTC became an ACCA headquarter authorized training agency. In addition to conventional courses of CAT (Certified Accountant Technician) and ACCA, we took the lead in providing fundamental ACCA courses to ensure what we provided could meet demands of accounting and auditing practitioners at different levels. So far, more than 3,000 students have received training in ACCA series courses.
In 2003, to better serve ACCA students sitting computer tests, we invested generously in equipping our new computer rooms and other facilities and the efforts led to the ACCA headquarters designating us an authorized computer test center. Since 2003, we have seen more than 100 examinees pass the ACCA Level 1 every year to continue studies in the next stage.

In 2004, following our cooperation with China Communications and Transportation Association, we were named by the American Society of Transportation and Logistics (AST&L) an exclusively authorized training agency for Certification in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) in Shanghai and an examination center in east China.

In 2005, HKFSI worked hand in glove with Shanghai World Expo Talent Development Center and the California State University with the intention of introducing the certification course of Event Planning Certificate Program at California State University, Sacramento (CSUS). A trial class in Shanghai in October 2005 turned out to be a great success, with the coordination and organization at the venue performed by Ms. Wang Zhongying, Chairperson of HKFSI, Alexandel Gonzalez, President of CSUS, and Mr. Tao Zhenxian, Deputy Director of Shanghai World Expo Talent Development Center. An audience of more than 40 participants, including Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, Hong Kong Triumph Company commented the activity favorably.

Fully-aware that education quality is the lifeline for a school, we build our training team by employing senior professionals from home and abroad, including university professors, attorneys, accountants, trainers, and logistics managers etc. Their expertise and dedication have ensured satisfying completion of multiple training sessions in international qualification certification, as thousands of trained students have developed their potentials, buttressed their overall competitiveness in job market, and began to embrace a brighter future.
